At ShowerEnvy, we want you to love your spa experience; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the showerhead and any included accessories in the original box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
